Welcome to Canary Cottage! Bring your beach towels and start making your memories now! Prime location in South Haven, MI and have access to the best this beach town has to offer. This 3 bedroom & 1 bathroom home is near downtown, the beach, newly renovated park called Kids’ Corner, and bike path. We own the vacant lot next to the home, so feel free to use it to play games and have a bonfire at night.
The space
The cute cottage is located 2.5 blocks from Kid’s Corner, 3.5 blocks from the beach (public access), 6-7 blocks from the marina, and 8 blocks from down town night-life/restaurants. You can walk everywhere in South Haven from Canary!
The main floor is comprised of the primary bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and laundry porch. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and living room has a sofa sleeper. Two nice size leather sofas in the living room allow guests to relax after a fun day exploring our little beach town! There’s a beautiful front porch that you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sun-filled sunset (but take it from me, walk to see it near the blue stairs if you can). Upstairs bedrooms has two bedrooms (3 twin beds and one full size bed).
The house if outfitted with Comcast Xfinity Wifi and Youtube TV. It should reach out onto the back deck that has a nice patio seating space and an umbrella to cover you from the sun if you want to work from outside.
You can park on the street in front of the house over night during the summer months, and we provide two parking spots off the side of the home for you and your guests. We ask though, to be respectful of the neighborhood and to not overcrowd the area with vehicles. What allows me to have the home up for rent is the patience / grace / generosity of the neighborhood, so please when you see a friendly face, give a wave or shoot over a smile. We’d really appreciate it!

During your stay there are 3 bikes, fire pit, and a large yard to play all the best summer games.
