This ENTIRE home is ready for you and your guests! The house has ample space for entertaining (3 living rooms!) and an updated kitchen with seating up to 11 adults! The house is located 1.5 blocks from Kid’s Corner Playground (under construction as of Spring 2023), 2.5 blocks from the beach (public access), 5 blocks from the marina, and 7 blocks from down town night-life/restaurants. You can walk everywhere in South Haven if you stay at this house! Ample parking for multiple guests!
The space
5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home (sleeps 12+) with ample space for entertaining (3 living room spaces!!), double car garage, large kitchen, and outdoor deck (with a large grille! – gas provided). This is a newer home with central air/heating in a great location, close to the beach/parks!! We’ve updated the bathroom on the upper level with new paint, vanity, fixtures and have painted two bedrooms to give a nice beach feel – also new linens throughout the house!
This a split level home, with 2 formal living rooms, a third play room area with a twin bed. Main living room has 42′ flat screen TV, while the downstairs serves more as a play room with another TV. The home has a front loading washer/dryer in the second bathroom. All five bedrooms have queen/full sized beds. Additional twin beds are being added this year and is provided for use (in playroom). There are also two love seats with hideaway beds in the downstairs living rooms.

Other things to note
Parking on the street is free over night (except during winter months). We provide a large garage for approximately two vehicles, there’s parking next to the garage (could fit 2-3 cars), just make sure you’re not blocking the sidewalk or parking on the lawn.
